David S. Ball, CNA, is in charge of Information Technology at The Nautilus Group. He is a Novell Certified Network Administrator and a member of the Dallas Area Netware Users Group. He has more than ten years of computer and network experience. Since joining Nautilus as Senior Systems Engineer, David has been primarily responsible for maintaining and implementing new technologies into our network systems and giving us a presence on the Internet. Before becoming a Nautilus staff member, David was the senior technician at Q.M.S. Inc., and had worked for more than 12 years as a field service technician.

Robert Strong has recently joined the Nautilus Group as Sr. Systems Associate. Rob has over 4 years Database development/programming experience with Microsoft Access and SQL Server. Prior to joining Nautilus, he worked as database programming consultant for companies like ST Microelectronics, DFW Airport Development, Wave, Inc. and Raytheon.

Adam Wall, an A+ Certified Technician joined The Nautilus Group in 2000 and provides desktop support on hardware and software. Prior to joining Nautilus, he supported desktop systems at State Farm, Blockbuster and Samsung. He brings several years of experience providing telephone and hands-on support for a multitude of applications, operating systems and manufacturers’ hardware.
