Administration and Support

Kathy J. Watson is responsible for Human Resources at The Nautilus Group. Additionally, Kathy is Walt Ridlon's Executive Assistant and the Office Administrator for Nautilus. Her main focus is to assist Walt in all administrative areas, including all personnel records, daily maintenance and preparation of the budget, maintenance of the monthly ledger deductions, purchasing, and accounts payable and receivable. Kathy has more than 20 years of experience in administration and office management. Prior to joining Nautilus, she worked in commercial real estate as an assistant property manager.

Katie M. Thebeau is the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at The Nautilus Group. Katie brings with her five years of receptionist experience. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Texas Woman's University. She is currently working towards an MBA with an emphasis in marketing at the University of Texas at Dallas.
